Empanadas



We've perfected the same beef empanada recipe that my mom used to make when they operated Balingit Bakery for 20 years. They're filled with ground beef, potatoes, peas, carrots and a few raisins.... wrapped and baked in a buttery crust! These were so popular among their customers. Now they're back and we're ready to take orders again!
